Ingredienten: 3 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch each of black pepper, dried oregano and basil, 1 Tbsp olive oil or butter, 2 Tbsp pizzasauce or spaghettisauce, 1/4 cup grated mozzerella, 1/4 cup pizza toppings (diced tomatoes, cooked bacon or ham, sliced mushrooms, chopped onion etc).
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: 1.Whisk together eggs, parsley, salt, pepper oregano and basil.2.Heat olive oil or butter in 22 cm nonstick fryingpan. Add eggmixture, shake pan gently so that as the eggs begin to cook on the bottom of the pan the unset mixture is rotated to the bottom.3.When eggs are almost set, spread pizzasauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese and spoon on toppings of your choice.4.Place under preheated broiler for a minute or two, to melt cheese and brown top lightly.Or place a lid on the pan and cook for another minute or two on top of the stove until cheese is melted.
